Bucci Developments and the National Indigenous Affordable Housing Corp. have submitted an Official Community Plan amendment for 6407 Glover Road, in the Township of Langley.  

In 2018, the Government of British Columbia launched Homes for BC, the Government’s 10 year housing plan and the largest investment in housing affordability in BC’s history. The focus of the program has been to moderate the market and build homes people need.

The vision for the Master Plan Community is to demonstrate the site’s significant ability to provide affordable housing and an affordable industrial land base. The site is less than 2 kilometers away from the future Langley Skytrain Station and is well suited as a transit oriented development.
